The Last Grape

The cover of my kitchen table is deep red with some colorful flower pictures. I am sure the cover was bought from my mother. Those colors and pictures are her favorite. It makes me remember the colorful umbrella he bought to me for school when I was young. She never knew I’d like to get wet rather than used her colorful umbrella. The TV control on the table is my father’s. He bought a new TV and put it behind the kitchen table. He doesn’t want to miss any TV show or news when he is taking dinner with one can of soda. The knife which is near the TV control has some stains on it. I am sure my sister had used it. She never cleans the knife after she has used it. It just like she never turns off the kitchen light once she has opened it. I still can’t think one of the reasons why her boyfriend chooses her. For myself, I didn’t leave anything. However, my family had left something to me. The last grape in the bowl on the table, which was left from last night, is still right there. Most people do not like to eat the last food, because they don’t want to be the one who finish the food. I think I am not going to eat the last grape. I don’t want to help them to be the one who finish all the grapes.
